The USSD option is straightforward whereby all you need to do is to dial the below codes on any mobile phone network and follow the onscreen instruction depending on your country

How To Reset GOtv Online
You can also choose to reset your GOtv decoder online by following the below steps:-
- Go to eazy.gotvafrica.com and select your country from the list of countries
- Click on Sign In and enter your login details. Enter your Mobile Number or your Surname name. Also, enter your IUC number on the form provided.
- Sign in and choose “Clear your error” from the options that are displayed and then select the error that is showing on your decoder.
- While performing this task, make sure that your decoder is turned on.
- Click on “Reset Device Now” and your decoder will reset immediately.
That’s it, you have cleared the GOTv error on your device
