The first way is by opening a ticket. Reach the Upside support team by filling out this form. Be sure to include your account email address, proof of purchase, and any screenshots that may be helpful.
The second way is by using Upside in-app help, Tap the profile icon, then Help. Search or browse our answers to common questions. After opening an article, tap the pen and paper icon in the top right. You’ll see any ongoing tickets. Tap the same icon again to open a new one.
Upside currently does not offer phone support.
