As part of its core mandate of supervision and regulation of SACCOs, the Authority receives and considers complaints from members of SACCOs.

To lodge a complaint with the Authority, members of SACCOs are encouraged to download the Complaints Form below, fill, scan, and submit the same to the Authority vide complaints@sasra.go.ke.
