KASNEB Student portal account

In order to register for the KASNEB Student Portal Login, Students need to first get the KASNEB Student account Number.

You get the KASNEB Student account Number after submitting your filled application form to KASNEB offices and centres.

After filling and submitting the application form, KASNEB staff will review your application and if you are successful, you will be issued with a Student Account Number which you will now use to open a KASNEB Student Portal Login

How long does it take to get Kasneb certificate?

It takes twelve (12) months after completion of the examination. Successful candidates are notified in writing when the certificates are ready for collection.

How do I pay Kasneb?

You can pay for KASNEB exam fees either through Mpesa Paybill or bank deposit.
KASNEB Mpesa Paybill is: 204777.

How do I get my Kasneb results?

Candidates should send an SMS to 20558 using the following format to access their examination results: Kasneb/registration number.

For example, Kasneb/nac/145052 where nac/145052 is the registration number of the candidate

Does Kasneb refund money?

Yes if you withdraw from an examination voluntarily, KASNEB will issue you with a 50% refund.

If you withdraw due to medical reasons, you will be issued with 75% refund, and if death occurs before sitting for exams, you will be issued with 100% refund.
